This group is perfect for anyone who feels emotions intensely, struggles with impulsivity or conflict, or just wants more stability and self-awareness in daily life. This group is for adults who:

Experience patterns of avoidance or impulsivity
Want tools to navigate life with more clarity and control

Clients will be expected to commit to at least 1 module. During the 2 weeks of mindfulness, new clients can join the group provided there is space available.
